To make soy kebabs you need
2 cups soy chunks


2 big size boiled potatoes


1 inch ginger


5 to 6 garlic buds


3 to 4 green chillies


Half a teaspoon chilli powder


One and a half teaspoon coriander powder


Half a teaspoon cumin powder


Half a teaspoon garam masala


One spoon mango powder


Half a spilm turmeric


salt to taste


Half a cup of coriander


Ghee


How to make soy kebab
To make spicy kebabs, first heat water in a vessel and when it comes to a boil, add soy chunks and boil it. Then after 2 to 3 minutes, when it comes to a boil, filter it and then press it well and remove the water. Now put them in the mixer, add ginger, garlic buds and some green chillies and blend well. Then take out this mix in a bowl and mash the potatoes with it. Now add coriander and all the spices to it. Mix well. Now take small parts of this mix and then make kebabs. They have to be prepared in the shape of Tikki. Then add some ghee in a pan and then roast all the kebabs till it turns golden brown. Kebabs are ready. Serve them with green coriander mint chutney. With this you can also serve some luxurious onions.
