Davina McCall broke down in tears on Friday's Comic Relief while talking about her brain tumour and surgery.
Just four months ago, the TV presenter underwent surgery to remove a benign brain tumour, known as a colloid cyst. In November 2024, Davina revealed she had a 14mm tumour and had surgery to have it removed.
While hosting Friday's Funny for Money show, Davina, 57, broke down in tears as she reflected on the 'hardest thing she's ever been through'.

Bravely sharing her story, Davina said: "I had a pretty mad year this year. Doctors found a benign brain tumour by chance, and after a lot of deliberating, I had it removed.
"And it's been quite possibly the hardest thing I've ever been through. But, and this whole experience, weirdly weighing up all the risks and all the positive things about having this tumour removed made me really think deeply about what life is all about and what really matters when things get tough.
"I needed the brilliance and the skill of lots of experts to make me okay and oh my goodness I've needed the love and support of..."
It was at this point that Davina broke down in tears, struggling to continue, as she said: "Sorry, sorry!"
The emotional presenter then composed herself as she said: "No, no, I'm good, thanks guys" to which the audience applauded the brave star.
A teary Davina continued: "My friends and my family, particularly of Michael, to get me through!
"And tonight, I'm watching Billy Monger's documentary the other night when he visited the projects, it really made me think... there are so many people who are scared, they're in trouble, they're in danger.
"So many, we've seen it tonight, right? They don't have the friends, or the money, or the support that I did!
"I know I was so lucky but we know the experts who can help them and that's what's so brilliant about tonight. There are wonderful projects we've seen that can totally help and change their lives around, that is what tonight is all about."
The TV star previously recalled how she felt "angry" the tumour had "taken control" of her.
Speaking to friend Stephen Bartlett about the tumour on her podcast Begin Again, she recalled: "I felt like this thing had taken control of me and I was so angry about that.
"I couldn't let it go, I was like, 'How dare you control my daily life like this and make me feel every day like I'm in danger?' ... I have a newfound enormous sympathy for people who have benign brain tumours.
"I have had so many people say to me: 'Well, at least it was benign.' And you think: 'You have no idea that benign brain tumours can still kill you.'
"It's just, you don't know when it's going to happen. It could happen tomorrow, it could happen in years' time. It's different to cancer, but it is also awful. A benign does not mean fine."
Comic Relief: Funny For Money airs on Friday night on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
