She became Singapore’s most searched person earlier this week after a video that went viral over the weekend appeared to record moaning from an office unit and later showed a pair resembling her and Lim leaving the unit together, fuelling allegations of a cheating scandal.

Lim was then the firm’s CEO and is married with four children. Tan is also married to someone else.

The agency later removed both executives’ names from its leadership page and confirmed on Wednesday that they had stepped down from their roles, Mothership reported.

Tan is an influencer with more than 190,000 followers on Instagram, where she goes by @babygrayce.

She entered PLB in 2022 as an intern and later moved through multiple positions before being named vice president for strategy in January 2025, The Straits Times reported.

She was working on marketing and business development and supporting clients with home purchases and sales as at October 2024. From April 2023 to January 2026, she transacted four condominium units and one rental flat.

Before that, Tan studied sociology with a minor in English linguistics at the National University of Singapore and later obtained a postgraduate diploma in education from the National Institute of Education.

Local media outlet Stomp reported that she has taken part in modeling competitions and pageants, and pursued competitive Muay Thai and taekwondo.

She previously offered private home tuition and was listed on a local tutoring website. The listing said she had taught English and physical education at a primary school in the city-state.

Online posts indicate that Tan married her husband in 2023 and later held a wedding ceremony in September 2025. A 2020 post by a wedding photographer said the couple first met while studying at NUS.

Tan has also spoken publicly about her work at PLB. In a Threads post last September, she wrote that she “loves work.”

The post was part of an episode of a podcast she co-hosts with a friend, during which Tan also said: “We only have numbered days. How many days do we want to spend doing something that is not fulfilling?”

“But if you are able to find something that makes you come alive, it can inform you greatly as a person.”

PropertyLimBrothers was founded in 2017 by Lim and fellow co-founder Adrian Lim, whom he first met while the two were serving as prison officers.

A company spokesperson said Lim and Tan’s departures came after an “internal review following recent events.”

“We are in the midst of reinforcing our workplace conduct policies and governance processes to reaffirm clear professional boundaries and standards across the organisation,” PLB said, adding that it would not comment on “rumours or speculation.”
