AMU News Course: In the past, there was a lot of talk about the closure of many courses in Aligarh Muslim University. But now once again the news of starting new courses in Aligarh Muslim University is coming to the fore. AMU is going to start 10 new courses

Aligarh Muslim University is going to start some courses of MBA, MTech, Medical and PG Diploma in the interest of the students from the academic session 2025-26. Along with this, the university administration has also announced some new examination centers for the 11th entrance examination. Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has decided to start some new courses in Engineering, Medical, Social Science Faculty, and Management Faculty from the current year 2024-25 in the admission committee meeting, along with this, it has also proposed to start some new courses, which also includes PG Diploma in Hindi. As per the Supreme Court's decision regarding the Madrasa Board, the Admission Committee has also approved the admission to graduation and post-graduation in the Sunni Theology Department of the University.

What did the university administration say about the fees

Aligarh Muslim University Assistant Controller Faisal Farid said that in the 66th Admission Committee meeting of AMU, the proposal to start some new courses in Engineering, Medical, Social Science Faculty and other faculties has been passed, after the decision to start new courses in the Admission Committee meeting, now these will be placed in the Academic Council on 8 February. After this, the university administration will announce the total number of seats in the course from the year 2024-25, what will be its fees and its process etc. In which the Assistant Controller has given information about the courses that are going to start at present.

1. M.tech Wireless Network.
2. M.tech Civil Sustainable Infrastructure.
3. M.tech Architecture Construction and Management.
4. Post Doctoral Certificate Courses (PDCC) in Medical Gynecology
5. Bachelor in Engineering Trauma Care
6. Diploma in Islamic Studies
7. PG Diploma in Hindi
8. MBA Business Analytics
9. MBA Data Science and Business Analytics
10. MBA Innovation Entrepreneurship and Venture Development. Apart from this, the university is also going to establish two new centers for 11th and diploma.

Where will be the examination centers

Faisal Farid told that along with this, the university has created two new centers for the entrance examination of 11th and Diploma Engineering for the ease of students in the entrance examination. First in Mallapuram in Kerala and second in Murshidabad in West Bengal. Both these AMU centers will be the centers for the entrance examination of 11th and Diploma. This time online application for Aligarh Muslim University Entrance Exam 2025 has to be done by visiting amucontrollerexams.com. The last date to apply without late fee was 31 January. While the application by paying late fee is till 7 February 2025. The window for correction in the application will open on 8 February and will close by 11 February 2025.

When will the exams be held

According to the official schedule, the examinations for various courses will be conducted in April, 2025. B.Tech / B.A. Arch exam will be held on April 20, 2025, B.A course exam will be held on April 9, 2025, exam for BSc and B.Com course will be held on April 14, 2025. BSc / Diploma in Paramedical Courses / BRTT will be held on April 16, 2025.
