Whenever beauty guru recommends a product, we know it's one that we can really trust – which is why we're totally sold on one of her latest recommendations.

On her recent appearance on ITV's with Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard this week, Nadine was discussed beauty products that work while you sleep, either to deliver visible skin results or to help you to achieve a better night's sleep, including that Nadine called "collagen in a tube".

Explained to the two presenters how worked, the popular beauty influencer said, "This is selling one every three minutes in Boots," before demonstrating that it dries to a clear film on the skin, which you then peel off in the morning, revealing softer, plumper skin.

"They literally form a film over your face, because research has shown that when you sleep, you get something called trans-epidermal water loss, which is a very posh, scientific name for water evaporation, so we wake up really dehydrated," Nadine explained. "[This mask is] almost like wearing a raincoat outside, and ."

Not every shopper was quite so wowed though, with one commenting that they "weren't sure what the hype is about": "Bought this because it was all over social media," the review reads. "Tried it twice. It feels okay on the skin and didn't really bother me during my sleep but I didn't notice any difference when I remove the product. My face didn't seem shiny or plump or anything. Just felt the same really."
